About Julie Ann
Julie-ann was born and raised in England but has resided in Calgary with her family for over 19 years. She considers herself a Calgarian at heart and loves this wonderful city. Julie-ann is no stranger to the world of high-profile, high-demand businesses. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2005, she owned several successful companies in England and Calgary. This experience garnished her with a particular set of skills and expertise necessary in the fast-paced, client-centred world that is Calgary Real Estate.
Julie-ann likes to work with investors and families alike. Julie-ann has bought and sold numerous investment properties in England and Canada over the years, gaining a solid experience and insight on the needs and expectations contained within every residential and commercial transaction.
When Julie-ann is not selling real estate she can be seen spending time with her family. "My family means everything to me. I love spending time with them all." says Julie-ann. "We always have so much fun".
In 2017 Julie-ann's son joined her in the real estate industry and together they opened MaxWell Elite Realty. Opening their own Brokerage has been extremely rewarding.
